(Apparently I have a penchant for wishing anyone named JUDY a Happy Birthday. First Judy Collins, now this. Totally unplanned. Why is that? Kismet? Fate? Judy Fetish? Maybe I've accidentally stumbled upon a theme and I should stick with it.... )

Anyway, Judy Garland would have been 83 today. Would have been interesting to see how she would look now or where here career would have gone ( had she not loved the pills. )
I bet she's "somewhere over the rainbow" right now.
